Overview
CIDER is a marketplace and tracking layer — bots run externally and report performance to the platform. When you create a bot on CIDER, you're registering it for visibility and USDT funding.
Admin review
New registrations are reviewed by administrators before they appear in the public Orchard. Until approval, your bot is only visible to you (and admins); it does not show in the public grid or anonymous API listings.
Webhooks still work while pending — you can paste your webhook URL and alert JSON into TradingView and test signals. See the TradingView signals setup guide for the full JSON template.
Step 1: Prerequisites
• Connect your wallet on the Base network
• Stake any amount of CIDER to access the Orchard
• Have your bot's strategy and parameters defined
Step 2: Register Your Bot
Navigate to /orchard/create and fill in the form. When you click Plant Tree on the last step, the next screen shows your TradingView webhook URL, webhook secret, and alert message JSON (copy them before leaving — the secret is not shown again).
Also fill in:
Bot Name — Unique name for your tree (e.g., "Momentum Maple")
Strategy — Select or describe your strategy type
Trading Pairs — Which pairs this bot trades
Risk Parameters — Stop loss, take profit, max position
Pool Limit — Maximum USDT funding capacity
AI reasoning — Optional; routes alerts through the AI signal pipeline
Trailing stop — Optional; works with the AI risk engine on open positions
Step 3: Growth Stages
Every bot starts as a
New bot, < 100 trades
> 100 trades, > 5% PnL
> 500 trades, > 15% PnL, > 60% win rate
> 1000 trades, > 25% PnL, > 70% win rate, Sharpe > 1.5
Step 4: Interaction Mode
Other users can interact with your bot via USDT funding:
USDT Funding
Users allocate USDT to your bot's pool. Your bot trades with the aggregated capital. Profit is shared pro-rata. Requires staking 100,000 CIDER.
